Activate the client portal
Go to Settings → Client Portal in your LeCRM dashboard. Enable the portal with one click. You can choose which document types are visible to clients (invoices, quotes, contracts, projects).
Share the link with your clients
Each client has a unique personal link generated automatically. Share it by email, WhatsApp or SMS from the client sheet. The link is valid indefinitely but can be revoked and regenerated at any time.
What your client sees
Your client clicks the link and lands directly on their personalised portal. No account or password required. They see their documents, can accept quotes, sign contracts, upload files and leave comments.
Troubleshooting
- Client cannot access the portal: check that the portal is activated in settings and that the link has not been revoked.
- Client does not see a document: check that the document has been marked as shared in the client sheet.
- Client wants to change a signed document: only your team can modify a document after signature — contact support.
