Where do I activate the client portal?

In your LeCRM dashboard, go to Settings → Client Portal and enable it with one click.

Can I choose which documents are visible?

Yes. You can choose per client and per document type whether it is visible in the portal.

Can I revoke a client's access?

Yes. You can revoke the link at any time from the client sheet. The old link immediately becomes inactive.

Is there a limit on the number of client portals?

No. Every client in your LeCRM workspace can have their own portal link, regardless of your plan.
