lecrm.ma attaches particular importance to personal data protection, in accordance with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 and CNDP requirements.

1. Controller

lecrm.ma is a service published by Maroc SAAS, a single-shareholder limited liability company (SARL AU) with share capital of MAD 100,000, registered with the Laayoune Trade Register under no. 24269, ICE to be completed, IF to be completed, with registered office at Medinate Al Wahda, Bloc H No. 39, Laayoune, represented by Mohamed El Amine El Idrissi, manager (the “Publisher”). For data entered by professional customers into the Service, the customer is the data controller and the Publisher acts as processor.

2. Data collected

• Identification data: name, position, company, email, phone.
• Account data: credentials, preferences, login logs.
• Billing data: company name, ICE/IF, address and payment information.
• Usage data: pages visited, technical data such as IP address and browser, cookies.
• Data entered in the Service by the customer, under the customer’s responsibility.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• providing, managing and improving the Service;
• customer relationship, support and billing;
• commercial communication where permitted;
• legal and accounting obligations;
• security and fraud prevention.

4. Law 09-08 and CNDP formalities

The Publisher carries out the formalities required by the CNDP where applicable. Customers acting as controllers remain responsible for their own formalities for data processed through the Service.

5. Recipients and processors

Data is accessible only to authorized Publisher staff and technical processors such as hosting, payment and email providers, bound by confidentiality and security commitments. Data is never sold to third parties.

6. Hosting and transfers outside Morocco

The Service is hosted entirely outside Morocco on DigitalOcean infrastructure in New York (NYC1), United States. This may constitute an international transfer under Articles 43 and 44 of Law No. 09-08, subject to prior CNDP authorization.

7. Retention

Data is retained for as long as necessary for the relevant purposes: account data for the contractual relationship, then archived according to legal accounting and tax retention periods. Prospecting data is retained for up to three years after the last contact.

8. Security

The Publisher applies appropriate technical and organizational measures, including TLS encryption, access controls, regular backups, logging and incident management procedures.

9. Your rights

Under Law No. 09-08, you have rights of access, rectification, objection and deletion. You may exercise them by writing to contact@lecrm.ma with proof of identity. You may also contact the CNDP in case of difficulty.

10. Cookies

The website uses cookies strictly necessary for operation and, subject to consent, audience measurement cookies. Browser settings can refuse cookies, but some features may be limited.

11. Changes

This policy may be updated to reflect legal or Service changes. The applicable version is the version published on this page when you consult it.
