What is LeCRM? +
LeCRM is a SaaS CRM designed for freelancers, SMEs, agencies, professional firms and consultants in Morocco. It centralizes clients, quotes, invoices, contracts, payments, projects and reports in one tool. Available in French, Arabic and English, billed in MAD. Developed by MarocSAAS.
Is there a free trial? +
Yes. Every LeCRM workspace starts with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. At the end of the trial, an invoice is generated. If you pay, your workspace continues normally. Otherwise, access is suspended after a grace period.
Can I use the platform in Arabic? +
Yes. The interface is available in French, Arabic (full RTL) and English. Your quotes and invoices can be edited in each language. You can send a quote in French to one client and an invoice in Arabic to another from the same workspace.
Is my data secure? +
Your data is protected by TLS, backed up daily and accessible only to users you authorize. You can export all your data at any time — you remain the owner of your information.
How does migration from Excel work? +
Import your client file (Excel or CSV) directly from your dashboard. You configure your logo, VAT rates and document templates yourself. Our online help guides every step.
Can I choose my industry? +
Yes. When creating your workspace, you choose your industry from a dropdown (firm, construction, agency, accounting, lawyer, training…). Your pipeline, custom fields and templates are pre-configured accordingly. You can also choose the generic CRM configuration.
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept bank transfer and PayPal. An annual subscription gives you 2 months free. Card payments (CMI, Stripe) are on the roadmap.
Is there a commitment? +
No. Monthly subscription with no minimum term. You can change plan or cancel at any time from your dashboard. A 30-day notice applies to cancellation.
