Terms of Use

1. Purpose

These Terms of Use define the conditions for accessing and using the lecrm.ma website and customer relationship management service (the “Service”). Using the Service implies full acceptance of these Terms. Paid subscriptions are also governed by the Terms of Sale.

2. Publisher

lecrm.ma is a service published by Maroc SAAS, a single-shareholder limited liability company (SARL AU) with share capital of MAD 100,000, registered with the Laayoune Trade Register under no. 24269, ICE to be completed, IF to be completed, with registered office at Medinate Al Wahda, Bloc H No. 39, Laayoune, represented by Mohamed El Amine El Idrissi, manager (the “Publisher”). Hosting: the platform is hosted on DigitalOcean infrastructure, data center located in New York (NYC1), United States.

3. Definitions

• User: any person accessing the website or using the Service.
• Account: the secure space used to access the Service.
• Content: all texts, brands, logos, software and interfaces composing the Service.

4. Access to the service

The website is freely accessible. Access to the Service features requires an Account and, where applicable, a paid subscription. The User is responsible for internet access and equipment costs. The Publisher strives to keep the Service available 24/7, subject to maintenance and force majeure events.

5. User account

The User undertakes to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. The User is solely responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for all activity carried out through the Account. Unauthorized use must be reported to the Publisher without delay.

6. Acceptable use

The User agrees to use the Service for its intended purpose, in accordance with these Terms and applicable Moroccan law. The User must not compromise the security, integrity or operation of the Service, access third-party systems unlawfully, publish unlawful or fraudulent content, or reproduce the Content outside the cases authorized by law.

7. Intellectual property

The Service and its Content are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of the Publisher or its licensors. Use of the Service grants a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right of use for the duration of access. Data entered by the User remains the User’s property.

8. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 and CNDP requirements. Details are provided in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Availability and liability

The Service is provided under a best-efforts obligation. The Publisher does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free and is not liable for indirect damages, misuse, force majeure or third-party actions.

10. Changes to the Terms

The Publisher may amend these Terms at any time. The applicable version is the version in force on the date the Service is used. Substantial changes to paid services are notified in accordance with the Terms of Sale.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Moroccan law. Failing amicable settlement, disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of First Instance of Laayoune (commercial chamber).
