How clients access the portal
Each client receives a unique personal link. No separate account or password is required — your client clicks the link and sees their documents directly.
What clients see
- All their invoices with payment status.
- All their quotes awaiting acceptance or already accepted.
- Contracts pending signature or already signed.
- Project progress and associated tasks.
- Comments and messages from your team.
What clients can do
- Accept a quote directly from the portal.
- Sign a contract electronically — no printing needed.
- Upload documents you have requested (ID, specifications…).
- Leave comments on projects or documents.
Security and confidentiality
Each link is unique to one client. Connections are encrypted (TLS). One client cannot access another client's data. The link can be revoked at any time from your dashboard.
