Prerequisites
- article topics, categories and customer portal access.
- Your LeCRM workspace is active and you have the permissions required for the module.
- Your company settings are complete when the action affects quotes, invoices, VAT, ICE or payments.
Steps
- Sign in to your LeCRM workspace.
- Go to the relevant module from the left menu.
- Create categories, write short articles, publish them to the portal and link them from support replies.
- Review the information before saving: names, dates, amounts in MAD, VAT rate, ICE and assigned user when applicable.
- Save the record, then send it, export it or schedule the next follow-up depending on the workflow.
Expected result
You have a clean, traceable record in LeCRM. The team can see the current status, the customer history and the next action to take.
Common mistakes
- Missing ICE, VAT rate or billing address on commercial documents.
- Saving a record without assigning an owner or next follow-up.
- Recreating information manually instead of converting the previous step, such as lead to customer or quote to invoice.
